Documentation

How to connect your AI, how the doors work, and what each service does.

Guides

  • Getting started

What this is, how an account comes to exist, and the first calls to make.

  • Authentication

Organizations and principals, keys, sessions, and the OAuth 2.1 door.

  • Organizations

Roles, owner-only actions and how an AI acts, inviting people, accepting an invitation, switching between the organizations you belong to, and renaming yourself or your organization.

  • The REST API

The versioned REST surface, its envelope, and the endpoints an agent or a person calls directly.

  • Connecting over MCP

The MCP endpoint, how a client finds the authorization server, and the first tools to call.

  • Support

Sending the support team a request from the dashboard or with the support_request_submit tool: the request types, the limits, the reference you get back and what never to include.

  • Service stages

What a service's stage tells you: generally available, experimental or not yet available.

Services

  • Date and time

The current time in any zone, date arithmetic, the difference between dates, formatting, time-zone lookup and a bounded wait.

  • Memory files

A private file store for your agents: list, read, find, search, create, append, move, edit, write and delete plain-text files under one root per account.

  • Memory graph

Typed knowledge graphs for your agents: create entities and relationships under a vocabulary they extend, then explore, traverse, find paths and search across them.

  • Personas

The identities your agents work as on outside systems, each with its credential in the keychain: list, get, create private, update, replace a secret, tag, lock, reveal, share, unshare and delete Personas, hand over an account's sign-in link and sign it out.

  • M365 mail

Work a Microsoft 365 mailbox as one of your Personas: search and read messages and text attachments, write drafts, send, file and remove, with mail content checked and marked as untrusted.

  • Kanban

Boards of cards in columns that people and their agents work from together: plan, move and track the work, and keep each task's detail on its card.

  • M365 calendar

Work a Microsoft 365 calendar as one of your Personas: list and read events, find a time that suits everyone, book and change meetings, answer invitations, and cancel, delete or decline events, with event content checked and marked as untrusted.

  • Contacts

Directories of people and companies that people keep in the browser and their agents through tools: turn a name into the right person and their email, write many entries at once, and keep a note on each. People import a CSV file in the browser.
