A Kanban board with Backlog, To Do, In Progress and Done columns of labeled cards

What your AI can do with it

Give people and agents the same board to work from
See at a glance what is waiting, in progress and done
Keep the working detail of each task on its card
Write the team's working agreements once, where every agent reads them
Get a stand-up of what each person finished, is doing and is stuck on

For example

You say: “Plan the next release as a board, with a card for each piece of work.”
Your AI: Creates the board with its columns and labels, then the cards with their checklists, assignees and due dates.
You get: The link to a board the whole team can open and work from.
